This policy explains how personal data provided through aledatech.com is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data processed and source

Data is provided directly by you through the contact form and the free assessment. Contact data includes your name, email address, telephone number and message. The assessment may also include company, professional profile, LinkedIn profile, project situation, needs, budget, timing, technical context and any additional information you choose to provide.

When you browse the site, technical and usage data may be processed through Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. The forms are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data needed to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential collaboration and maintain communications related to it. Assessment data is used to prepare the requested diagnostic, provide its result and follow up on the request. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by you.

If you separately opt in, your contact details may also be used to send related commercial communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time. Analytics data is used to understand aggregate site use and improve it; its legal basis is the consent provided through the cookie preferences panel.

4. Retention periods

Contact and assessment data will be kept for the time needed to respond to and manage the request and any resulting relationship. It may then be blocked for the statutory limitation periods. Commercial communications data will be kept until you withdraw consent. Analytics data will be retained according to the provider's settings or until consent is withdrawn where applicable.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the site and manage enquiries and assessments, including hosting, database, email delivery, anti-bot protection and analytics providers, acting as data processors. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case, the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, will apply.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, email david.espinola@aledatech.com and specify the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing is inappropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

7. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. This policy may be updated when processing activities, providers or legal obligations change.
