The client needed to digitize an extremely complex business model with variables: volume calculation according to pallet typologies (European, American, with tolerances and excesses), thousands of routes between postal zones, crossed "hubs" logistics tariffs, dynamic surcharges application (tolls), and regional holiday control. All of this was calculated manually.
