How it is engaged

Corrective maintenance is offered through non-accumulating monthly hour bundles during working hours. Evolutionary work can be delivered through Integrated development or as an agreed-scope project.

First-response times depend on the selected engagement. The standard catalogue does not include 24/7 support.

Before starting

We review the codebase, environments, dependencies and deployment process. Ownership of accounts and infrastructure, together with third-party provider costs, is agreed in the proposal.
