DOKO: Transport Documentation Platform

The Challenge

DOKO is a SaaS platform tailored for the logistics sector to manage transport documentation. Starting from an initial MVP prototype created with Bolt.ai, the main challenge was to fortify, professionalize, and migrate the system to a scalable corporate infrastructure for Eurolefesa. We needed to guarantee total availability (Zero Downtime) while preparing the platform technically and commercially for the new mandatory industry legislation expected by October 2026.

   • Simplified document downloads via QR codes with configurable expiration (7, 10, or 365 days) utilizing Signed URLs for maximum security.
3. Commercial Strategy & Monetization
   • Full Stripe integration (subscriptions, pack sales).
   • Dual promotional coupon system (applied during onboarding and checkout).
   • "Pre and Post Law" conditional flows (7-day trial and subsequent lock).
4. Zero-Cost Infrastructure & Zero Downtime
   • Custom internal CMS admin panel.
   • CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions enabling free deployments on Vercel Pro, completely avoiding per-user license costs.
   • Seamless, zero-downtime migration with no impact on current users.
